Refund and retesting

If we fail to provide the tester participation or agreed testing services in a confirmed plan, we replace unavailable testers or repeat the affected testing at no extra cost.

The guarantee does not cover Google policy violations, broken apps, misleading store information, developer-account problems, missing privacy declarations, restricted permissions, Google’s independent rejection, or uncoordinated client changes mid-campaign.

A Google Play rejection by itself is not a reason for a refund.
